The ATALANTA Research Program is a large-scale research project aimed at investigating corporate governance-related topics and diverse ownership structures for a broad range of corporations, covering various industries and regions—all around the world.
The research program involves data gathering procedures to evaluate secondary data (i.e., via public databases) as well as primary data (i.e., via the ATALANTA Survey), various data analysis techniques to draw inferences from these data sources, and the distribution of insights via scientific reports and publications. As such, its results will contribute important insights into the state of corporate governance and ownership structures around the world and inform efforts to enhance governance practices and outcomes in corporations.
